Justin Turner named COO for Rivers Health

Justin Turner, MBA, has been named the Chief Operating Officer for Rivers Health (RH), a member of Marshall Health Network (MHN).
In his role as COO, Turner will lead the operational activities of RH and serve on the MHN leadership team. He will help drive the operational goals for the hospital; collaborate with physicians, staff and the community; oversee hospital properties and construction; and work with MHN leadership to advance the Mission and Vision of the network. He succeeds Keith Biddle, who retired from health care in January.

Yingling, RPh, MD, CEO of MHN. “His varied experience and track record for success will serve patients and the community well. I look forward to his contributions to both Rivers Health and Marshall Health Network.”
Prior to joining RH, Turner was COO of Highlands Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, for nearly four years, and served in several leadership positions at Logan Regional Medical Center, in Logan, West Virginia.
Turner earned his Master of Business Administration at Florida Tech in Melbourne, Florida, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Charleston in Charleston, West Virginia. He was selected the 2018 Business Professional of the Year by the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, was a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, was selected as a member of the 2017 class of Young Guns in West Virginia Executive Magazine, and a member of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s 2014 class of Leadership West Virginia. He has been involved in several community organizations including the Floyd County Chamber of Commerce and Logan County Chamber of Commerce.
